Because these pét-nat sparkling wines are hand-disgorged, each bottle may show slight variation in lees content. This wine carries a gentle sweetness (likely under 5 g/) placing it in the “Extra Brut” style. That level of sweetness can vary from bottle to bottle, and because it’s a pét-nat, secondary fermentation could continue in the bottle over time, some bottles may eventually ferment out completely and end up fully dry. Regardless, the wine is delicious and will be the envy of any backyard BBQ.
