How do you ship?
For all orders shipping to California, Florida, Minnesota and Washington DC we ship via UPS ground with adult signature required. There must be an individual over the age of 21 available to sign for the wines upon delivery. For orders going to all other available states we ship via FedEx using a third party shipper. Again, adult signature required.
Can I come in and pick up my order?
If you live nearby you can pickup your wines directly from us. Please choose the “Local Pickup” option and we will call you shortly after you place your order to schedule a time.
How are your shipping rates calculated?
For UPS orders we use a standard UPS plugin from woocommerce that calculates the rate based upon zip code and weight by using the UPS API. For all FedEx shipping we calculate cost using ‘zones’ based upon state. East coast, west coast, mid-west, etc…
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No we do not ship to PO Boxes. Nor do we ship to APO or FPO boxes. Sorry.
When will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, with that in mind, our normal outgoing shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays. We would like your wines to arrive on or before Fridays so you can enjoy them with your weekend. If your require your wines to arrive by a specific date please please email or call us and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
Can I track my package?
Yes you can. We will email you the tracking information as soon as your package label is created. FedEx orders will receive an email from our third party shipping company.
Will my wines be safe in their travels?
Yes, we take the utmost care in preparing your wines for shipment. We use standard UPS approved shippers made out of recyclable corrugated cardboard and a molded fiber tray. Obviously, once the wine has left our facility it is out of our hands, we assume no liability and cannot be responsible for damage to wine.
Do you ship in time of hot or cold temperatures?
To protect the integrity of the wine, we will hold wine shipments in extreme heat conditions. You will be notified via email if the order has been delayed due to weather. Insulated shippers may be available in the future at a small fee.
What do you require to receive shipment?
In order to accept a shipment containing alcohol an individual of legal drinking age (21) must sign for the order. UPS will require an ID upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21.
