2019 was a big year at Lo-Fi for Chenin Blanc! This naturally petulant Chenin Blanc from Tres Hermanas Vineyard (Foxen Canyon Road) is one of the four unique Chenin Blancs we produced for the 2019 vintage.
This Pet-Nat was not disgourged, leaving some sediment in the bottle. It is super delicious with notes of pineapple & bergamot. There is some bottle variation, as one would expect with a Pet-Nat and some are a tiny bit sweet.
