Description

A lighter, fresher take on Cabernet Franc. Bright, juicy red fruit meets the classic herbal, peppery notes that make Cabernet Franc so distinctive. Light-bodied, lively, and dangerously drinkable, with just enough of that unmistakable Cab Franc character. This is a red that loves a little chill!

The grapes are hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards and fermented using 100% whole-cluster carbonic maceration in large, sealed oak tanks. During fermentation, we perform daily pump-overs and remove excess juice. After nearly two weeks, the grapes are pressed, and the resulting wine is reunited with the previously removed juice to finish fermentation.

The wine is then transferred to neutral oak barrels and oak tanks for aging. As always, we rely on native yeasts and bacteria for fermentation, with no sulfur added at harvest and just 30 ppm SO₂ added throughout the winemaking process.

Minimal intervention, maximum drinkability. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy!
