100% Pinot Gris from Oak Savanna Vineyard. 2025 vintage.
Destemmed and fermented on the skins to dryness, giving the wine its copper-pink color. A skin-contact take on Pinot Gris—textural, aromatic, and a little wild. Apricot, orange peel, and a touch of tea and spice. Light grip from the skins, dry, and super drinkable—somewhere between a rosé and an orange wine.
